Golden Wattle Stories, Dreams, and Poems

I dreamed I was living in some kind of mental ward or mental health support house and one of the patients took me out for a drive to a beach. It was a beautiful beach but sheltered by islands. We got out and walked around to the picnic area where I saw noisy miner birds with a baby but they had more purple and green on them. They must have evolved to have more colour where I was which was the Sydney area. We went to this big cage which had some little pet dogs inside. You could climb in there from the top down a ladder which I did and I saw the doggies which were in smaller cages inside the big cage. I also realised there were smaller cages with pet guinea pigs. So I opened one of their cages and 2 acted shy and scared but one of them was so friendly and came towards me and I picked up and cuddled this friendly guinea pig that loved me. 

I dreamed there was a war going on and I was with either Brad Pitt or some other big movie star and luckily I was able to find a safe shelter in case bombs went off. I also dreamed I was at my grandma's place and had stuck these drawings I did to her front door and window and I had to leave with my mum in a hurry and suddenly decided to take the drawings off cause I thought they weren't very good and would be embarassed if relatives came over and saw them. But I was only able to remove one before I had to rush off in the car with my mum. The theme of that dream seems similar to my last dream where I went on holiday but forgot to bring my luggage.

I dreamed I went on holiday to the gold coast with my dad and a friend. I realised I forgot to pack most of my luggage and didn't have any clothes. I think I had my handbag though and thought maybe I could just find the nearest Kmart and buy some new clothes for my holiday.  It was a very busy holiday we went to and looked brand new. I waited on a seat in the reception while my dad checked us in. There was a painting of the whole hotel on a walk just outside the reception.  Our room was upstairs near the reception and was very spacious. I looked in one of the 2 mini fridges and saw delicious looking strawberries in the fridge that I was going to eat. 

I dreamed Selena Gomez was performing on a stage in a big building kind of like a church and the big front doors were open and light and sunlight was streaming inside and onto the stage.  I also dreamed I was at a harry styles concert and he chose me and I think said something special about me like he knew me and loved me. 

I dreamed I was in the car with my family I think and we were driving down the highway and a butcher bird spotted me in the car and swooped down and flew alongside the car then flew into the car and flew into the backseat with someone and I grabbed the butcher bird and cuddled it in my hands. It just wanted to be with me and wanted me to cuddle it.  We went off the highway soon after and eventually came to a beautiful picnic area with a lake with mostly wilderness and mountains surrounding but there were some holiday cabins by the lake as well. We were going to have lunch by the lake.  I also dreamed Olly Alexander was chatting to me on Snapchat. 

I dreamed I was on a bus or something and Dominic / yungblud sat next to me. He was chatting to me a little and copying the way I was sitting. He asked me what he meant to me. I said he was one of the hottest guys in the world and really sweet and genuine too, not stuck up or up himself like guys as good looking as him could be.  I was moving house and moving out from Erica and James place into one of my mum's houses. "I just hope I feel safe and comfortable in my new home" I said something like.  Dominic asked if he could come over to my home which I agreed to.  I also remember being at a small yungblud show. Yungblud had me seated in the front row as someone important. I remember feeling like a princess. There was a message about mental health and how people were more cared about than they realised. I might have been yungbluds girlfriend. 

I dreamed my parents bought and moved into a large new luxury home. You walked down some tiled steps to get to the home. The home has a large verandah across the whole back of the house and a very spacious backyard which was landscaped nicely along the back fence. To the right you could see forest in the distance which would make for a beautiful view but new houses were still going to get built that way so I was worried that a new house next door would block the view.  I remember playing handball with a little boy I think but then it was 2 kittens I was playing with and they were chasing the ball.  I saw that down by the back fence there was a luxury granny flat or self contained unit that was part of the home as well. I suggested that it be used as a multifunctional space.  I also remember talking to my Nanna or an older lady. She was talking about my body and I explained to her that mainstream society thought only thin was attractive but that there were smaller communit...

I dreamed that the musician Dominic also known as yungblud kissed me and I kissed him back and it was the most amazing kiss. We were in some building I don't know where and I was lieing in bed when he kissed me and he was standing up or leaning over me. 

I dreamed that I was living somewhere else and Olly Alexander moved in next to me. He had brought his cats Fanta and Sprite with him and he let them wander around outside and I got to meet them. I think Sprite even came to my house.  I also dreamed that Olly was training me for war and to help in war.  I also had another dream of Olly recently where he was going to take me out somewhere and I told Olly I needed to put my makeup on first and went inside this big building to put my makeup on.  I also had another dream recently where me and a group of women possibly had become famous and we lived a very glamorous life and were plus size supermodels and our life was very busy and exciting. 

I dreamed that Lady Gaga was leading a group of humans leaving earth in a spaceship to survive on their own. And this group was competing against another group of humans led by evil or bad leaders.  You had to have an interview with Lady Gaga to be accepted. 

I dreamed I went on a holiday to Brazil and was staying with a friendly family of 10 people who seemed to have American accents.  We were touring around some areas of Brazil including a Botanical gardens where I saw so many unique Brazillian plants. I remember seeing the rainforest and how some company was planning to destroy a lot of the rainforest for their company which was very sad.  I remember going to a movie theatre in Brazil which was different from other countries. The chairs were bigger and there was a built in compartment next to the seat to put drinks and treats.  I also remember walking in a city and I'm not sure if this was in Brazil but I dropped an apple which went rolling through the city and I was trying to find it. Apparently that was a common thing in my culture. The apple rolled near a luxury hotel which I think I went to stay at in my dream.  In the hotel me and someone who was going to stay with me went up in a lift to the top floor on the 4th ...

I had a huge adventurous dream where I travelled to meet native people in Alaska with Shawn Mendes and a group of people. Shawn was very interested in them. The people we were trekking to see were very isolated and we had to trek over icy snowy mountanous landscapes. We were learning about their culture and native food and hometowns. At one point we were in a room and a girl in our group started singing for us to show us her singing. At another point we were by the ocean and I thought I saw dolphins coming towards us but it turned out to be a huge shark pretending to be dolphins. Luckily we escaped unharmed.  I didn't even know Alaska had native people until I woke up and googled it. 

I dreamed Orlando was much older, maybe elderly and I was drawing his face and all the lines and wrinkles on his face. And I think he wanted me to draw him. It's like he was saying we've made it this far together in our lives and show me how much you care about me at any age. It was such a sweet and tender dream. 

I dreamed I had to move and I moved into a dormitory style home with about 12 single beds side by side in one room. I was going to have to live with strangers. It was basically just that room plus a small kitchen that I was looking around and saw didn't even have a microwave. This home was kind of old and in a suburb with lots of mountains around. Later we were sitting in the small living area and I agreed that it was a better home than nothing and better than being homeless. So I started reading and filling in and signing the forms with my friend Laura helping me. 

I dreamed of Bindi Irwin last night. I went to her new house in a nearby housing estate where I was also living and had lived before in the dream world. Bindi and Robert were at Bindi's house and first they showed me the extended garage that was underground and like a basement. There were so many bookcases filled with books and comfy couches. I noticed Bindi had lots of books about animals which were some of my favourite books. I said, "I love books about animals, I wish I could have more but they're so expensive". Bindi said something like the pictures in them were good.  I saw a mango tree near Bindi's house and picked off a whole branch filled with many mangoes and showed Bindi.  I also remember going to Terri's house, Bindi's mum. And I met Terri and I think Bindi was there and I think even Steve Irwin might have been there.  They were all so friendly and taking me in like family. I had a really scary dream that it was going to be the end of the world or almost end of the world. If this dream was realistic it probably would be the end of the world. But in this dream everyone started seeing a tiny extra moon in the sky. And at the same time the moon started moving across the sky really fast.  Everyone was put into groups of about 30 people or so by authorities. I was talking to my friends next to me about cuddling eachother to ease our fears. Soon, each group was sent by bus to different areas. My group was sent to the Sunshine coast to a small building with lots of nature around it. My group got out and went into the building. About 5 or 10 minutes later we heard something huge falling from the sky. It was a giant rock or piece of planet. We all scattered and now just were trying to find safety and survive. I dreamed I was around 13 or 14 years old and found an old art assignment or report card.  I had 3 photos of myself stuck to the front page.  In this assignment it was about a new house I lived in or was going to live in.  It was my family's second house and was in the street behind the first house.  It had some young trees planted at the back and apparently when I lived there when I was older the trees had grown up and there was a nice patch of trees behind the house as well as some tall shady trees in the front yard. I was also writing about a foot path area behind the house.  Of course this all makes total sense in the dream world....

I dreamed I was sitting with Shawn Mendes and his friend in a lounge room at my house but it was a different house and the lounge room was at the front of the house or maybe the same house but my housemates bedroom at the front of the house was now a lounge room and we were watching Tv. Shawn had ordered pizza for us. And his friend said I watch too much TV and he hardly ever watches TV or has me time. I said you have to do what makes you happy and have balance in life. 

I had so many strange dreams.  I was driving a car down a long straight road but I was in the back seat and the car was driving itself. Eventually I did get in the front seat to drive the car myself.  Last night I remember dreaming of a beautiful white fluffy cat that gave me a love bite and she was being very loving.  Also dreamed I saw Felix Jaehn at a garden centre or something.  Also dreamed I was at my childhood house and was having over guys I was dating. With one of them we were going to drive on holiday to the Sunshine coast and I said we should sleep overnight in the car.  I also dreamed of hugging a huge Turkey at my childhood home and I was very close with the Turkey. 

I dreamed I was moving house. I had lived in a small apartment in I think a gated community. The first one had a balcony overlooking some of a lake. I lived by myself and apparently used to stand out on the balcony at night overlooking the lake and the pretty lights on the lake. I said how peaceful that was. The second place I lived at was around the corner around the next street. And when driving there I noticed a big park I'd never been to before. It has lots of trees and a playground and picnic table etc. I thought it looked so nice. My second apartment I'd just been living in didn't have a nice view out on the balcony at night but I liked it there all the same. I was packing up to move house and my mum was trying to help me but yelling at me ordering me around which was making me so stressed.  In one of the rooms I had some posters up on the wall of new musicians I liked.  I also remember being in the park right by my childhood home.
