Maria: You are absolutely beautiful, intelligent, and wanted, not just on this earth, but in the lives of those around you!
Meszaros: If this were not so, then you would not exist now, imagine that every single person is a link in the chain and in this world we are all connected like the links in the chain with the living world and nature and this is the beauty of it, that a wave of love and the links in the environment starts he feels the waves of love. Have a nice day π

And in reply to me feeling self doubt about not achieving enough due to my disabling social anxiety
Violet: You are absolutely just as valuable as anyone and everyone just because you exist. Being disabled and having struggles doesn't change your worth. I know we don't know each other well, but I've always thought you are such a lovely person. Don't let that voice, or anyone, tell you ANY different!
Larissa: You draw write don’t compare yourself to others. There is no rush to do anything really. You add so much to a community and that means a lot. Stop thinking too forward that where anxiety lives love
Jack: You are you Emily not anyone else!
You are an amazing , brilliant person!
Don’t compare yourself to others, you are on a special path
Keep dreaming, singing, writing and talking to the animals!!
You’re Beautiful and Brilliant!! ❤️
Ronald: You're a beautiful soul. That is more than enough. Your worth isn't attached to an imaginary societal idea of normal. The world needs more sensitive souls like you.
Mary-Rose: You are every bit as valuable as any of us!!! You are on your own unique path and your journey will reveal even more astounding layers of your true self. We are not meant to compare ourselves to others...we are meant to believe in our own powers and trust in ourselves to find our way. You were not shortchanged, you're young , bright , beautiful and gifted. Embrace you!πͺππͺ
Brenda: Emily I get you but your a strong young lady I have carers myself and struggle alot as well
Pamela: Louise hay on YouTube is great!!! You Matter… learn to love yourself ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Karen: Emily this is a normal
Feeling.
Accepting it isn’t normal.
We are all created differently and have different experiences of life. You are you and you are enough
Sue: You are the creator of YOUR LIFE EMILY. ❤️ Your feelings are your energy, your body is constantly listening… you create your happiness, the LOVE OF WHO YOU ARE.
You are the uniqueness of you, never ever compare yourself to no one.
Disabled is created and can be inspired to change … your job.
The greatest feeling ever … LOVE ❤️ YOURSELF MORE, BECOME WHO YOU TRULY WANT TO π. Worthless only exist when you create it. YOU HAVE TO MATTER MORE TO YOURSELF AND LOVE ❤️ IT LOTS MORE.
Sooo rework the energy you create to HIGH VIBES, HUGE POSITIVITY!!! Wish you well. π❤️
Clayton: You are loveable and you are exactly where you are supposed to be right now. Nothing happens for no reason.
Jess: My course I am doing maybe apply for that in 5 momths u get paid while learning it really cool they made my work just so people who are disabled or have mental health issues can have a go at having a job
Even tho om working tho I still get this feeling as well I feel like I'm never doing enough and what more can I do
Alexandra: You are very worthy. And everyone is on their own path in life. There is no linear timeline that we must follow. Have faith in yourself and keep pushing forward and working hard to love yourself and improve your mental health. This coming from someone who had severe social anxiety, it does get better if you put in the work. I suffered immensely at work places, couldn’t talk to other people including some family, couldn’t even respond to the cashiers when they would speak to me at grocery stores. I avoided going out to public places. It truly affected my life and it was the hardest time in my life. I did years of CBT therapy combined with SSRI medication. I am now medication free, have a beautiful daughter, a bonus kiddo and loving healthy relationship. I started my own business where I talk to dozens of complete strangers on the daily and I love my job. I’m more comfortable and confident with myself. When I was at the peak of my social anxiety I couldn’t even picture this, but trust that it does get better π
Elizabeth: I feel the same often. Just in case you need to hear it, you ARE worthy. You touch us out here with your pictures and your beautiful dresses and your stories of animal whispering.
Meszaros: You are unique π there is no one else like you ☆ and I like you the way you are ππΉ remember: simple is always great.
Katherine: That is societal expectations.
It's not realistic.
Apparently I'm a failure bc I don't have a man.
Robyna: Hey Emily. I have a disability too but that doesn’t define my worth. All you need to do is to be yourself and that is more than enough
Andrea: Shoot ur fine. You will grow outv it.trust in God. Are you a christian? Just ask Jesus to come into your heart and forgive your sins. You wont believe how the holy spirit loves you and wants you. Sending care n prayers. ❤π✝️π
Anmol: Please don’t feel that you are worthless Emily Amelia because you are not. There are different paths out there for different people. You can forge your own path and journey forward. Let your story be unique and strong for you. You can help others in your own way that doesn’t have to be the same way as some others.
Kathy: Change that you can. Pass on kindness then you are never a waste. If everyone believed this this would be peaceful.
Nikki: This time will pass, it always does.
Leann: I feel that way sometimes too, being disabled for years. But we have worth. We must stick together, uplift each other, love each other. Here if you need to talk or vent. I am betting, we feel the same thing often. We are NOT our disabilities. We have heart, inner strength, and keep fighting. Despite our bodies fighting us every single day. That takes bravery and strength. Keep going. You are seen, heard, and cared about. ❤️
Karen: Emily when I lost my career after my medical retirement due to my brain injury, I also felt like this. People who where close friends “What are you going to do with yourself now. “ People make you feel useless as you don’t work. These people are not people that are positive in your life. Understanding your medical condition and your energy and ability is part of having acceptance for your physical capabilities. People are valuable in different ways. Understand you are valuable and loved is part of your acceptance
Those people are not part of my life now and I don’t MISS them but it hurt my life for them to leave. I stopped feeling abused by others expecting me to be what I was capable of before my body changed
Mick: More you focus on the negatives, more negatives will be manifested. Focus on the positives and more positives will come your way. The universal law of attraction, look into it because it could help you deal with that current way you are feeling and thinking of yourself. Give yourself some credit, you deserve better self talk and treatment. Love yourself without feeling you are worthless because you are worth it
Daniel: Comparison is the thief of joy. π
Linda: Each day we achieve just living π₯°π
Seka: I understand that feeling well. It's tough. I was chatting to a friend going through the same thing the other day... it's worth noting that a huge portion of ppl think that success is building a company that pollutes the environment or exploits labourers... and you haven't done that as far as I can see. In my mind, success is looking after one's well being while not depleting that of others. Setting an example of being vulnerable while practising self-care. That's just my perspective.
Judy: You’re not worthless !! Maybe a little unique which is special. Do not compare yourself to others as we all have our unique blueprint.. oneness ❤️
