Another Simple Easy Way to get more exercise each day

If 10 minutes of exercise each day feels like too much, maybe you could manage just 1 or 2 minutes. That still could add up to 7 minutes or more extra exercise each week.
Just another way to increase your health.
My tip I thought of is, when you walk to your front door each day, just do one or 2 more laps of your house, or when you get up to go to the kitchen etc. 
This tip just might make you feel a little healthier and energetic each day.
