Another Simple Easy Way to get more exercise each day

If 10 minutes of exercise each day feels like too much, maybe you could manage just 1 or 2 minutes. That still could add up to 7 minutes or more extra exercise each week. Just another way to increase your health. My tip I thought of is, when you walk to your front door each day, just do one or 2 more laps of your house, or when you get up to go to the kitchen etc.  This tip just might make you feel a little healthier and energetic each day. Hope this tip helps you. 😊

Is Attractiveness More Important or is Health More Important even if you're Plus size? An A.I discussion

Question I asked A.I  What's more important. Being healthy even if it's plus size or being attractive? Is it more important for me to be attractive and take appetite suppressants even if they are unhealthy or have side effects just to be attractive and find love and romance more easily or should I just be as natural and as healthy as I can even though I might stay plus size and not be as attractive to people? Answer by A.I: *Health vs. Attractiveness:* - *Prioritize your health*: Focus on making healthy choices that nourish your body, rather than trying to achieve a certain physical ideal. - *Attractiveness is subjective*: What one person finds attractive might not be the same for another. Focus on being confident and comfortable in your own skin. *The Cost of Pursuing Attractiveness:* - *Potential risks*: Appetite suppressants can have serious side effects and may not be worth the risk. - *Impact on self-esteem*: Focusing solely on external validation can negatively impact sel...

Can plus size people be just as healthy as Thin people? An A.I discussion

# Body Diversity and Health Body diversity, including body size, is a natural aspect of human variation. People come in different shapes and sizes, and it's essential to recognize that health is not solely determined by body size. # Health at Every Size - *HAES approach*: The Health at Every Size (HAES) approach focuses on promoting healthy behaviors, rather than weight loss or achieving a specific body shape. - *Weight-neutral care*: Weight-neutral care prioritizes health outcomes, rather than weight or body size. # Plus-Size and Overweight Individuals Can Be Healthy - *Metabolically healthy obesity*: Some individuals who are overweight or obese may still be metabolically healthy, with normal blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels. - *Fitness and health*: Regular physical activity and a balanced diet can contribute to overall health, regardless of body size. - *Reducing health risks*: While excess weight can increase health risks, these risks can be mitigated through ...

How To Add More Exercise Into Your Day

I'd been telling myself I needed to start doing 1 hour or 2 hours of extra exercise in r my week.  But I finally realised I could just do 10 minutes of exercise in the morning on weekdays, and over the week that adds up to almost an hour.  I'm doing this exercise using a mini peddler.  So that's an easy way to add more exercise into your life, just 10 minutes in the morning on weekdays when you wake up. You could make it 15 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes, but whatever amount you can manage is better than nothing.  I also go for 2 walks with a loved one each week in beautiful places and nature which is a great way to exercise, as going for a walk in a beautiful place is very motivating and you also get to see cute dogs being taken for walks and might get to say hi to some friendly strangers.  Another way to get extra exercise is when you go out to the shops or wherever, park your car further away then normal so you might walk for 5 minutes extra that day. So s...
