Home 

Home is my sanctuary 

A world away from the outside world 

The scent of floral incense as you walk in 

A place made to be cozy and comfy 

Evocative of nature and boho vibes 

Soft made beds with carefully placed cushions 

And soft cushions lined up neatly on the couch 

Sometimes tidy and sometimes a little cluttered 

But some like the lived in look 

Now I have my indoor plants by the window 

And indoor nature area 

With rocks and pinecones 

I have some pretty floor cushions 

For lazing on the floor 

My art on the walls and scattered around 

Art that is enchanting and nature inspired 

Lavender spray by my bed 

And scented candles here and there 

It's a sacred space and an art studio 

In my closet and in my drawers neatly 

Are all my pretty dresses and clothes to wear 

A view out the window of trees and the sky 

And outside another couch to lay on 

And watch and listen to the birds 

And see the plants and trees changing with the seasons 

It's my home it's my sanctuary
