One technique I have thought of to heal yourself emotionally is this.  You may have some things or many things from your life that caused you trauma or great negative emotions.  I've been finding it's emotionally healing to think of each separate emotional issue and all you do is write down and express ALL of your thoughts and feelings related to that emotional issue.  What are ALL of the thoughts in your head about that issue?  And write down all the emotions and feelings you've had related to that emotional issue.  This technique seems to release some sort of weight and be so freeing emotionally to your body! 

I dreamed I was living at my friend Nicole's house, under the house in a room in the basement. I remember realising I could open the window in the bathroom so opening those. Then I was walking around in the front garden which was nicely landscaped with plants and flowers and really pretty. I went to the street which was busy with people walking around and found a phone on the ground which I picked up not being sure what to do with it then put it back. Nicole was living with her mum and brother and sisters and children.  At Nicole's house, Nicole and my grandma were having a seizure or something and I was wondering if I should call the ambulance. My mum was there but thought it was nothing serious though. Which I was frustrated about.  Also this musician was in the house and at first I thought it was Felix Jaehn but it wasn't. He came over to me and looked like he was kind of proposing to me with a ring in a ring box and other jewellery too. I asked if he was Felix he said h...

Last night I dreamed Harry Styles held me so close and tight and I was deeply embarrassed about something that I told him about, but he just kept holding me so close and tight, like he never wanted to let go of me, and he had seen how much I love animals so said he would involve animals in his upcoming projects for me.

Last night I dreamed I was going on a date with Shawn somewhere in nature and also dreamed of Selena Gomez she was doing these weight loss cooking classes i remember one where she was making a egg white and ricotta dip to go with chips or crackers and later on Justin Bieber gave her a pet lizard as a present it was a big spiky one but she was scared of it and didn't like it. The lizard was meant to be "their child" or preparing them for a child. 

I had more dreams during the day that I was at a small Ruel concert and was clapping. I also dreamed a lot of Olly. Olly sat in front of me at the concert like he was trying to protect me. 

Last night I had so many dreams.  I dreamed that giant rocks were falling from the sky which was so scary however I was able to find safety by standing against the side of a big strong building.  I also dreamed I was in a room with a lot of cats and there was a bad cat going around which was kicked out by the help of another cat.  I also remember this guy that made everything "safe" and locked the door. I also dreamed I was almost homeless and kind of squatting in this small place with another lady where we both had her own room. Although it was a terrible situation we were in I said we have to make the most of this and was putting flowers in water in containers one for me and one for my housemate.   I also remember going to a doctor.  And my mum took me to another made up suburb near my suburb that apparently had beautiful garden areas. 

Last night I dreamed of Shawn Mendes and he was speaking about domestic violence and trying to save women from domestic violence. 

Last night I dreamed I went on a boat trip and so did Shawn. I also dreamed we went to this place to do activities and everyone had to get into groups. I was originally with Shawn but he got into a group with Camilla and another friend of mine. I felt like Camilla didn't like me so drifted away from the group. It was also apparent that Shawn had gotten back with Camilla. I couldn't find a group to join and felt so embarassed and panicked. I went outside and found a leader and told her I couldn't get into a group but please don't tell anyone. Luckily she said I could stay outside where some others were hanging out making music. I sat near this nice guy and I was drinking a chocolate milk drink and he was asking what it was and if he could have some but he changed his mind.  It had kind of felt like I was in school again and an outcast. 

I dreamed that I lost my bank card when waiting for a bus so couldn't pay and the bus left without me. I was getting so panicked as it was getting dark and had no way to get home. Eventually some people were trying to help me.  I also dreamed I found a beautiful place in my own suburb I'd never found before where there was a beautiful pond next to a cafe. I was so happy to discover it and planned to keep going back there. There was a merry go round there that I went on with my mum. 

Last night I dreamed that the buildings in suburbs near me were being replaced with new buildings and getting updated like new restaurants. I also dreamed there was a beach and ocean in my suburb behind some houses I usually drive past all the time. 

Last night I dreamed I was in school and was sat next to Harry Styles for an event. I felt so shy but wanted to be friendly so eventually said hi and waved to him and he was friendly back to me. For the event we were sitting in front of a huge lake of water and some of the water rised into a huge mountain. My hat flew off into the water. Then I had to go into the arena to do a harry potter challenge where I played harry potter and the chosen one. Harry Styles went with me and said I should cancel doing the event because it would be too scary for me so I cancelled. 

Last night I dreamed about Olly all night long. He had picked up and was dropping his fans home, something like that. I was worried he would forget about me. But he remembered me and dropped me home talking about the pink colour everywhere of my home and what nice art I made.

I dreamed that me and my mum had a huge beautiful new home and we had a remote my mum was showing me how to use where you pressed a button and all the doors locked and all the windows closed.  There was also a pool and I was so excited and happy to have a pool and was going outside to put my feet and legs in the pool as I sat beside it feeling so happy. 

Last night I dreamed I was living in a different house near the city and there was a huge deck or patio being built outside my bedroom. I was so happy I was going to have all this extra outdoor space all to myself.  I also dreamed I was with family including my Aunty Lorna and we were getting family photos taken. 

Last night I dreamed I was at my friend Robbie's new home he was building or renovating. It had a forest beyond the backyard connected to the backyard and big monkeys lived in the forest.  I also dreamed of the u.s president joking that he wanted so much money. I was in his home but he had lots of nice sons.  I dreamed of lots of nice young teen boys in my dream. I also dreamed I was taking care of cats which made me really happy.  I also dreamed I was with some girls playing Barbie and the Barbie set came with real tiny meals for Barbie's or snacks the girls could have.  I also dreamed I was playing the Sims and excited about getting a job for my character. 

Last night I dreamed that I was in a city and saw people bunji jumping off the top of buildings. There was also a beautiful stream and piece of nature in the middle of the city that I wanted to explore and a group of chickens.  I was also in a tall building and climbing up a pulley or a rope to get higher in the building instead of using the stairs or lift.  I also remember sending a lot of quality time with my niece. 

Last night I dreamed my friend Brydie came over to my house. It was such a happy dream. I told my mum about her. Brydie at my house said she had to leave for awhile, maybe to go to work, but that she would come back to my house straight after. 

Last night I dreamed I was in a house and was being chased, the only way out was to fall off the back deck a long distance to the ground. Somehow, Olly Alexander and his years and years bandmates caught me and saved my life.  In this dream I also found out Olly had always lived a couple streets away from my childhood house and I'd never known about it.  I also remember going for a walk around the neighbourhood and picking some pretty flowers from people's gardens. In my dream I had no fear of walking by myself and felt safe and like it was normal. 

Last night I dreamed I won a competition with Shawn Mendes to date him and also won a party house that he gave me in this place where it was always a party cause his fans where there and Shawn Mendes was there. I remember dancing near Shawn with all these girls. I also dreamed I was walking through this outdoor area with lots of trees and walked past the band thundamentals and some of their fans. They recognised me and I think invited me to hang out with them in a friendly way but I kept walking saying I was going to a Shawn Mendes concert and I was walking across this huge bridge. 

I dreamed I was living in a different house with the same housemates. I kept moving my bedroom around to different rooms until my final room at the right side of the house facing the front yard. I had a huge balcony all to myself and a large sized room. It was a huge house I was living in. To the left side of the room I looked up and saw skylight windows across the left side of the room. I was thinking of getting my pot plants from the other balcony and putting them on my balcony.  The garden was huge at the front and back of the house and there were lots of big leafy trees in the garden.
