It seems to start from 30  From then on since 30  Every day we get just a little more sadder  Day by day  Losing our youth  Losing being at the start of our lives  And in the prime of our lives  So they say  Youthfulness is only in your 20s  So they say  Is that the way you feel my love?  It may be the way some of us feel

Why not just be friends with and embrace people of all ages?  Why not just include people of all ages everywhere and not exclude anyone because everyone deserves to be included and be happy?  Why not see the beauty in people of all ages? 

A positive idea on ageing is why do people have to be stereotyped at any age and put in a box? Why can't people be and identify as youthful at any age?  Sending love out there!

Why does everything have to be about appearance? Why can't we focus instead on who we all are on the inside? And we can focus on health over appearance. Because people can be healthy in bigger size bodies. Just focus on including enough nutrition in your diet and regular exercise.  What are all your and others positive qualities that aren't related to appearance? We can connect with others based on their positive non appearance based qualities. Everything doesn't have to be about appearance.
